What are the transport costs (VAT included)?


  •          Free: for orders over €80
  •          €5.00: for all other orders

Europe 1 (Germany, Austria, Belgium, France, Holland, Italy, Luxembourg & Portugal):

  •          Free: for orders over €100
  •          €8.00: for all other orders

Europe 2 (Denmark, Slovakia, Slovenia, Poland & Czech Republic) :

  •          Free: for orders over €100
  •          €12.00: for all other orders                       


Europe 3 (Bulgaria, Croatia, Estonia, Finland, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Romania & Sweden): €22.00

  •          €22.00: postage fees                    


Other countries: Countries not included in Europe 1 & 2, islands and overseas territories and non-EU countries. Please email customer service on to get an estimate for delivery costs.

** For deliveries outside the EU and to island territories, transport costs do not include any customs duties, which will always be paid by the buyer.


What is the preparation and delivery time?


We prepare orders within two days (working days) of receipt (this period may be a little longer at peak times). If you want to cancel an order, please contact us immediately.


The estimated delivery time for items leaving our warehouse on working days is:

  •          2-3 days for Spain
  •          5-7 days for Europe 1 and 2 countries
  •          7-8 days for Europe 3 countries


Delivery times are expressed in working days and are approximate.


Once the order has been prepared, you’ll receive a confirmation email with the delivery tracking number.



You can use the following payment methods:


1.- Credit or debit card: pay securely with your VISA or MasterCard credit or debit cards.


2.- PayPal: pay securelythrough your PayPal account.


Is payment by card secure?


Yes, totally. Payment by card is made through Servired's secure payment terminal. The payment gateway manages encrypted data using the SSL security protocol.


The security system of our partner bank, Banc Sabadell, guarantees confidentiality and prevents third parties from accessing card details at any time.



Can I return an order?

You have a period of seven working days from receiving the item to request its return. To do so, please send us an email to and we'll tell you what to do next.

So that we can accept your return, please make sure you meet the following requirements:


  •          The item must be in the same condition in which it was delivered and have its original packaging and labelling.
  •          You must include a copy of the invoice or delivery note indicating the item or items returned and the reason for the return. The transport costs for returns will be at your expense.


Can I cancel an order once it has been placed?

Orders are processed immediately, so if for any reason you need to cancel one, please contact our office urgently by email ( or phone (+34 93 250 42 57) within two hours of placing the order. We’ll do our best to cancel it, provided that it hasn’t left our warehouse. If you want to cancel an order, please contact us immediately.



Do I need to have a Londji account to place an order?

It's not necessary. You can place an order without having to open an account. At the end of the process, you'll be given the option to open an account. If you do open one, all your delivery and invoicing details will be saved, you'll be able to view your order history and you can track the status of your order.


What are the advantages of being a registered user?

By having a registered account, you won't have to enter your personal details each time and you'll have access to your personal space, order history and customised deals.

On the registration page, click on the option Forgot your password? Enter the email you registered with and we'll send you a new password.


What does the price of each item include?

All the prices shown on the website include VAT. Deliveries outside the European Union do not include any possible customs charges.


What is the minimum purchase?

There's no minimum purchase.


How can I check the status of my order?

After placing your order, you'll be emailed details about its processing status. At the end of the process, you'll receive a link to the transport company's website on which you can track the delivery.


What happens if the order arrives in a poor condition?

All items are carefully checked before being sent out for delivery. If, despite this, there are any damages to the item, please contact us urgently on and we'll provide an immediate solution.
